Quotes go faster and come back more accurate when we know a few basics up front:

• Bedroom and bathroom count, and approximate square footage if you know it
• Ceiling situation — standard height throughout, or two-story foyer / vaulted areas
• Whether you're keeping colors similar or making color changes (color changes get two coats)
• Any special surfaces — faux finishes, heavy texture, wallpaper to work around
• Your neighborhood or general area in Henderson
• Whether you'll be living in the home during the project (most people are — that's what the sequencing plan is for)
• Rough timeline — right away, or planning a few weeks out
